The Company’s range of solutions is provided by our professional departments, jointly working together, under constant management and supervision of the members of management:
- The Sales Department – personally supports and accompanies company customers throughout the entire initial consulting process, the purchasing phase and through applying the solution in the field.
- Customer Service – this department provides professional assistance to company customers and involves relevant factors when needed.
- Products Lab – responsible for repairing / replacing products that are under warranty, or after.
- The Logistics Department – responsible fort he warehouses, inventory management, transportation and delivery of equipment to customers.
- Import, Production and R&D (research and development) – the experienced and skilled members of management are always hard at work, trying to find new solutions, to improve pest monitoring, prevention and control products; they approve the products’ marketing only after their effectiveness was demonstrated in the field and across time.
